Nathan and Rachel were married at one of the most beautiful churches I've ever been in, St. James Lutheran Church on Union Street... and to see it decorated for Christmas!? So gorgeous! I'm really starting to love Christmas weddings. Poinsettas literally covered the altar, there was a beautifully decorated tree that went right to the ceiling, and the bell choir played during the ceremony. The couple saved us plenty of time for portraits, which we had fun taking on the walk from the church to the reception venue, The Hotel Concord. I always love shooting here for several reasons. 1. Lynn has things under control and we can always count on things to run smoothly! 2. The windows! Even at night, they add reflection of the twinkle lights inside and double the magic! 3. The balcony always lets us get a fun group shot at the end! (There are many more reasons: the history, the details, etc. but I'm sure you're ready for pictures :) Congratulations Nathan and Rachel on your new life together!
