Zack and Courtney, Married at the Farmstead!

It actually makes me kinda sad that Zack and Courtney are married, because I loved working with them so much!  These are two of the sweetest, funniest, most humble, and most genuinely in love couples I have ever met.  Their wedding was at a gorgeous venue in Mount Pleasant NC called the Farmstead on 12-30-17.  It doesn't even feel right calling the reception building a "barn" .... it's too beautiful! haha  The place was decked out in twinkle lights and the ceremony took place right after sunset.  The alter set up was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen!  Courtney's bridesmaid dresses were designed by her with the help of Hope from Hope's bridal in Kannapolis.  They turned out beautifully! That's also where the guys' coordinating suits are from.  The bridal party looked amazing!

Because of the timing of the ceremony, Zack and Courtney decided to do a first look so that we could get some beautiful portraits around sunset.  More and more of our couples are choosing to do this because, not only does it allow for about 40% more pictures, the couple actually got to spend most of their wedding day together with all of their friends (vs. seeing each other at ceremony time and then rushing for pictures afterward!).  It's not for everyone but definitely has it's benefits!
